That's thanks to a nationwide recipe challenge for US students that promoted cooking and healthy eating. The Healthy Lunchtime Challenge, part of First Lady Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" initiative, selected winners for original recipes that include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and low-fat dairy.
